For Google Sites, Canvas, Schoology and blogs
Copy one line of embed code to put a working spinner wheel on your class website or LMS. The entries travel inside the link, so there's no account and nothing stored on our server.

The menus differ a little between systems; the code is the same everywhere.
Slide apps don't run embed code, so link to the wheel instead. Copy the share link from the wheel page and add it to a shape or a word on your slide; clicking it during the slideshow opens the wheel with your list.
For a whole lesson, open presentation mode in a second window and switch to it with Alt+Tab (Cmd+Tab on a Mac). Press Space to spin and Esc to come back to your slides.

Yes. Copy the embed code and paste it into any page that accepts an HTML iframe: Google Sites, Canvas, Schoology, Blackboard, Moodle, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and most blogs. The embedded wheel spins, shows the winner and can go full screen.
No. Embedded wheels are ad-free for everyone, because they run inside school systems where students are. Free wheels show a small “Made with ChalkSpin” link under the wheel; a Pro member's saved wheels show their logo instead.
Inside the embed link itself. ChalkSpin doesn't keep a copy, so changing the list means making a new code. Anyone who can see the page can read the names in the code, so share it only where those names belong.
Slides and PowerPoint don't run embed code. Add a link or a button to your slide that opens the wheel's share link, or open presentation mode (/present) in a second window and switch to it. PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 can show web pages with a Web Viewer add-in, if your school allows add-ins.
Check that you pasted the whole code, from <iframe to </iframe>, into an HTML or embed box (not the normal text box). Some school systems block outside frames; ask your administrator to allow chalkspin.com, or link to the wheel instead.
